GLEO – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your GLEO pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must be free of perfume, stains, odors, or damage
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate garments and certain personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
• Lingerie
• Panties and thongs
• Bodysuits that come into contact with intimate areas
• Worn or altered garments
• Sale items and gift cards
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.
GLEO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
